Welcome to CRE Drone Co.. By accessing our website or engaging our drone photography, videography, and inspection services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
We provide aerial drone photography, video, HDR ground photography, 360° tours, thermal and façade inspection, and related media services for commercial real estate clients.
2. Booking & Payment
Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on final scope. Payment terms and cancellation policies are described in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, CRE Drone Co. retains copyright on captured media. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for the agreed purposes. We may use deliverables for portfolio and marketing unless restricted in the service agreement.
4. FAA Compliance & Safety
We operate under FAA Part 107, maintain a Remote Pilot Certificate, and carry at least $1,000,000 in commercial liability insurance. Certain locations or conditions (weather, airspace restrictions) may require rescheduling.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate site information, obtain necessary property permissions, and communicate any restrictions in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRE Drone Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for delays caused by weather, regulatory issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance.
