Program Description

CRE Drone Co. (operated by Drones Over Texas, LLC) operates an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients about drone photography projects. Messages may include shoot scheduling and confirmations, weather updates, delivery notifications for finished photo/video assets, invoice and payment reminders, and follow-up about your project.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the "Yes, I agree to receive text messages" box on a CRE Drone Co. consent form (for example, on a project proposal, booking page, or quote form) and submitting your mobile number. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from CRE Drone Co.. You can still book a shoot, communicate with us by phone or email, and receive your deliverables without opting in to SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project activity. You should expect roughly 1–10 messages per active project, plus occasional one-off messages (e.g., a weather reschedule or delivery link). We do not send recurring marketing blasts or newsletters via SMS.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CRE Drone Co. does not charge a fee to send or receive these messages, but your carrier may. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out of the SMS program at any time. Simply reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL) to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and we will not send you any further SMS messages from this program. To re-enroll, complete the opt-in step on a consent form again, or reply START from the same number to resume messages.

Supported Carriers

This program is available on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers and opt-in records are collected and stored to operate this messaging program. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
